Iran Israel war worsened as both the countries hit residential areas killing civilians including women and children. According to the reports, Israeli strikes killed the Iran’s Revolutionary Guards intelligence chief, Mohammad Kazem.
Iran unleashed waves of missiles at Israel over the weekend in retaliation for Friday’s preemptive attack by Israel. In this attack 10 people got killed including children.

Why Israel Is Worried About Iran?
During the ongoing Iran Israel war, Iran displayed its weapons capabilities. Iran is believed to have the largest and most diverse ballistic missile stockpile in the Middle East.
Israel is believed to have the most sophisticated air-defence systems in the world.

Israel said the goal of “Operation Rising Lion” was to dismantle Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs. Iran has been developing long-range missiles for several decades.
Iran had an inventory of about 3,000 ballistic missiles which is the the largest stockpile in the Middle East, before Israel’s recent strikes.
Iran’s defence minister also unveiled the Qassem Basir ballistic missile, saying it was designed to evade air-defence systems such as the US-made Patriot.
Last year, Iran’s media displayed 9 types of missiles it could reach Israel. It remains unclear which missile types Iran used in its recent strikes against Israel.
Iran strikes have reportedly included medium-range ballistic missiles such as the Emad and Ghadr-1, and Iran’s first hypersonic Fattah-1.
Earlier in April and October 2024 attacks on Israel, Iran used Kheibar Shekan missiles.
