India after the recent talks, has come to the conclusion that China is just dragging time in the name of talks and not taking steps to de-escalate the tensions.
After visiting the army camps, Indian Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane has firmly asked the armed forces to get prepared to tackle any eventuality from the Chinese side and also ordered for high operational preparedness.
To counter Chinese deployment, India has also deployed its heavy troops and artillery near the LAC opposite to the Chinese posts. In afresh move, nearly 40,000 Indian troops are deployed along the LAC in Eastern Ladakh.
The last time talks between both the country army chiefs ended with the Chinese refusal to disengage their troops from the Finger area completely and by raising insignificant issues to buy time.
India has repeatedly ashed the Chinese to maintain the situation at the border that prevailed before the April/May 2020 tensions.
The remarks made by the China officials and the actions at ground level have no similarities. China is playing tactfully to push the time before India takes any firm military step. China presently has bagged a lot of criticisms against the International community due to its actions. Mainly, the Coronavirus pandemic and Hong Kong issue are placed on top of the list for Chinese criticism by the world countries.
