British Prime minister Boris Johnson is now heading towards controversial steps as he is facing a tough stand from the Parliament over no-deal Brexit.

Johnson has faced three defeats over the Brexit. All the proposals that were made to leave the European Union (EU) were opposed by the lawmakers in the House of Commons chamber as well as his own party members, Two ministers have resigned and are out of the government opposing Johnson’s plans over no-deal Brexit.

Over the Parliament’s contentious five-week suspension, House of Commons Speaker John Bercow stated –

this is not a standard or normal prorogation.

It’s one of the longest for decades and it represents an act of executive fiat,

Sidelining all these issues, Johnson has stated that he will head towards the exit from Brexit at the earliest. He also announced the expulsion of 21 members of his own party, Conservative party for opposing his move on Brexit.

Mr. Johnson is planning to wind up the Brexit issue by the end of October. Many fear that the exit from the EU may worsen the UK’s economy further.

On the other hand, the legislators are demanding to publicize all the communications by the British Prime minister over no-deal Brexit. This includes mail conversations and text messages.

Under the UK’s parliamentary rules, the government is obliged to release the documents when demanded by the legislative members.

It is also known fact that the former British Prime Minister Theresa May has faced opposition from the British Brexit supporters. She faced the defeat 3 times for her proposals earlier this year.

Many Traders fear that the Brexit will be a hindrance to entering into new trade deals with countries like the US.

Now, the situation is arising of some constitutional emergency as Johnson is stiff enough to carry out his plans on no-deal Brexit. If Johnson heads out despite the opposition, then he may even face a situation of imprisonment.
