Disputed Ayodhya Becomes Undisputed Hindu Holy Temple

Today, the foundation stone was laid at Ayodhya for construction of “Ram Mandir” by the Indian PM Modi along with Uttar Pradesh State CM Yogi Adityanath.

At last, the 500-year-old disputed land between two religions – Muslims and Hindus has got an amicable solution after the Supreme court verdict.

The long waiting judgement was delivered last year on November 9. The verdict was in favour of Hindus basing on the archaeologist’s reports and other proofs that proved that the Mosque was built on Hindu structure.

Supreme court has also considered all the arguments made by both the religious heads and after arriving at a consensus by both the communities, the court has delivered its verdict.

But to make some news, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has issued a public statement saying that some injustice has been done with the Supreme Court judgement. However, history stands witnessed as how the Muslim kings conquered the temple and demolished it in the past and built their prayer building.

Many Hindu organizations have sent their best wishes along with material for construction at the time of stone laying ceremony (Bhoomi Pooja).

The Hindu mythological institution, Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam of Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu has sent gold coins and silver coins apart from the holy soil which is collected from the Kamakshi temple and other mutts.

Ram Mandir (temple) is being constructed basing on traditional Indian system of architecture (Known as Vasthu). For the construction of Ram Mandir or Sriram temple in Ayodhya, the materials used for Bhoomi puja or foundation stone ceremony are also according to Vastu. All these were sent by Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam through the flight on Wednesday itself.

The soil is especially obtained from the famous temples like Ekambranathar Swamy, Kamakshi Temple and other Lord Vishnu temples in the Kancheepuram town. Special regards were conveyed by Sri Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamy, the 70th Acharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam.
