According to IIFL Wealth Hurun 2019 rankings Roshni Nadar Malhotra, aged 38 yrs, is the wealthiest woman in India with an estimated wealth worth ₹ 36,800 crores.
HCL Tech, India’s third-largest software exporter has announced Roshni Nadar Malhotra as the new chairperson of the company. She will replace the outgoing HCL founder cum chairperson Shiv Nadar. Roshni Nadar Malhotra is not new to the company. She was inducted into HCL Tech’s board as an additional director in 2019. graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg University, she has proved her skills in the company. Just in four years, she was placed on board of HCL Corp. HCL Corp is the holding company of HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems.

According to HCL Corp CEO C Vijayakumar said this was part of the succession planning exercise.
Roshni Nadar grew up in Delhi. Over the last decade, she is involved on the philanthropy side. She is also the trustee for Shiv Nadar Foundation. She is the chairperson of VidyaGyan Leadership Academy which is involved in empowering underprivileged children through good education.
